Skilling Programs

NWEC provides practical vocational training tailored to local market needs, enabling young vulnerable women to gain employable skills and create sustainable livelihoods.

Courses in tailoring, crafts, hairdressing, catering, and small-scale agriculture.
Hands-on workshops with tools and starter kits provided.
